1. Eligibility for Returns

As a retail provider, Sarvottam Enterprises accepts returns if the goods delivered are significantly different from your order, or if they possess severe manufacturing defects.

2. Reporting Timeframe

Any claims regarding defective or incorrect items must be reported to our support team within 5 business days of receiving your order. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
• Goods damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, you will be instructed to ship the goods back to us. Upon inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
